We are committed to providing products of the highest quality and reliability. The XSTO Power Wheelchairs are backed by a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind. These warranty terms apply in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.
1. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this warranty affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a product that is as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and durable. If a fault arises within the first 30 days, you may be entitled to a full refund. After this period, we may offer a repair or replacement as appropriate.
2. Warranty Coverage

3. Start of Warranty
The warranty begins from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
4. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (e.g. tyres, upholstery, or grips)

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or unauthorised repair

Accidental damage, including water ingress or collision

Failure to follow operating instructions or maintenance guidelines

Batteries damaged by improper charging or storage

You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
We will assess the fault and, if eligible, arrange for a repair, replacement, or part supply at our discretion. In some cases, we may require the return of the faulty part or item.
6. Carriage & Labour
Warranty service covers parts only. Labour or carriage charges (if applicable) may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. For faults reported within the first 6 months, we will cover all costs if the fault is found to be inherent to the product.
7. Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not extend beyond the specified durations listed above.
